I paid for an item and after I made the payment, ebay sent me an email asking to contact my bank to get the money back and the sellers account was closed for some reason. Now I contacted the bank and told them what happened. The bank said that they will put a request to the seller to refund the money. But the seller hasn't responded. now the bank says that I have to take some other form of action. So what action do I need to take now? How will eBay support me?? I wouldn't have bought the item if eBay hadn't sent me a second chance offer email !!
how do I get my money back? do I make a police complain? What's next after that? Do I have to go to court for $200 I paid? Can't ebay do something??
