I made a purchase of 2 tshirts a few weeks ago. When delivered one was ok but one had burnholes in it. We agreed to a 50% refund and I posted one back. Now 4 weeks later the seller keeps claiming she will send the refund but still has not. I want to open a resolution case though the problem is I paid using paypal but the option you can choose where you don't have an account (I do have an account but paypal keeps giving me errors when I try to use the credit card option). If i click cancel on the paypal option in resolution center it takes me to the ebay resolution center to choose a problem, then asks me to enter item ID. Once done it once again takes me back to continue to paypal screen. Clicking cancel brings me back to the resolution page again.
Is there anyway to open an ebay resolution case??
