I am the seller a buyer bid and won one of my items, I posted his item to him, he emailed me and told me that the item was not working, he placed a refund request on the item, I email him and told hm the item was tested and in good working order when it was sent, he then advise me that it was now working, so i have asked him to remove the refund request. How can this be done
