I am having trouble putting on an item to sell as I have to upgrade my paypal which I have done

gggrrr.. I am hating paypal.. I have updated to premier paypal to sell an item yet when I click on it to upload it keeps on saying I need to upgrade or give a different email address. . help.. What do I do???
