Buyer saw add as having $7.20 postage cost of which I did not put on my add.
Paypal invoice had added $7.20 for postage cost & I didn't even know at this stage what post code it was going to, so
it was not me who listed this information.
The parcel cost of over 600gms - $13.40 & buyer wants their money back as $7.20 was what the add said for postage!
Can you investigate what has caused this problem please?
