I had 10% voucher. But at the checkout, I did not get the window to put the redemption code.

Hi all,

I had a 10% voucher which will end on 6th Feb and it said that I will be asked to put the redemption code at the checkout. But at any point of time in the process of checkout through paypal, I was not prompted for redemption code and the sale went through @ full price. How do I recover that money?
