I have a credit on my ebay account.How do I get the credit paid from ebay to my own bank account

Is the money from sales on another ID ?  From what I can see there is no reason for you to have credit with eBay on this ID.

No the money is not from sales on another ID. The credit has been on my account for about 3 years, Now Ebay tell me That I have to take action on the credit, but I don't know how to

Surely you mean Paypal credit, otherwise how would eBay itself be having your money if it's not from sales. eBay does not have banking facilities as far as I know.
