Other members cannot delete charges for you
Is this really on your credit card statement, or did you get an email claiming to be from eBay/your bank claiming there is a charge
If it is simply the later and nothing else, it is most like a scam
IF it really is a genuine, unknown charge, you need to notify your bank immediately so they can cancel your card and stop any more unknown charges
