How do I claim  a payment from eBay for a sold item?

Do you mean the QR code for the buyer to scan when the item was picked up, or something else?

Have you fully completed sign up to Managed Payments and been verified to sell?

Has it been more than 30 days since the item sold?

You don't. Available funds are transferred to your nominated bank account at whichever frequency you select. There is no claiming involved.
