I have listed paypal as payment but someone wants to pay on pick up, am I allowed to do this?

Hi I have a listing with paypal only as payment and no pick up.Someone has contacted me with zero feedback that wants to pick up the item and pay on pick up.

My question is am I allowed to change the way I can accept payment ?

If you are prepared to allow the buyer to pick up the item then Cash on Pickup is the safest for both of you.

However, you are not obliged to allow pickup if the item was not listed that way.
