Sold a guitar have not recieved my money
eBay sees you as a "new seller" thus your funds will be on hold until you can prove delivery of the item and receive positive feedback for it (at the very least).
Holds usually last for 30 days otherwise - which you agreed to when you listed it.
I have got positive feedback from buyer on the 27/2/25 it keeps coming up
Positive feedback does not mean you *will* get the funds released early, it just sometimes makes it more likely
The comments from padi and casey still apply
You need to be signed up to Managed Payments and be verified to sell
Your only other feedback is from 'over a year ago' so eBay consider you a 'new' seller, no matter how much you sold years ago
Every single person with a long gap between sales, or who only sell every now and then have the exact same holds, and which they agree to when listing
Did you register as a seller and sign up for managed payments ?
Was the guitar picked up or posted ?
If it was picked up, did you scan / enter the QR code ?
If not , it needs to be marked as picked up.
Another member mentioned that eBay Help can do this for you,
Go to eBay Help at the top of the page, follow the prompts until you get to the automated assistant then ask to speak to a supervisor.
The buyer has left you feedback so when all of this has been completed, your payment should be released earlier.
