I have sold an item which the purchaser collected on the day the auction closed.

The purchaser paid funds into PayPal on the close of the auction & collected the item all on the same day, 6 September 2017.
The funds are in PayPal, less the fees, but are ON HOLD for 21 days. Please, how can the funds be released to the both trhe seller & buyer are happy with the transaction?
The item was # 222628419130.

New selling accounts have holds on funds.
To make sure everything looks good with your selling account, your funds are pending in PayPal for up to 21 days, until it’s been 90 days since your first successful sale, your seller level is Above Standard or higher, and you’ve had at least 25 selling transactions worth a combined $250.
We do this to help ensure that eBay is a safe and trusted place to buy.
On pick up items it's best to suggest to buyers to pay cash on pick up for their own safety.
