After receiving a refund
My item arrived
I informed the seller
The seller responded with this message
"We are happy to hear that you have received it, And if possible, would you please provide your paypal account to us?
Then we will send the money request to you"
Paypal say my account is identified by the email address linked to the account
I need a to enable the seller to re-issue a money request
But I am blocked when I try to send him my email address
How do I enable the seller to re-issue a money request .
