I recently bought an item and eBay or PayPal issued the wrong address to the seller. They supplied an old address of mine which was changed in both my eBay and PayPal account three years ago. This item has now gone missing and I want this resolved.
Live Chat (under the help tab at the top of the page) is the only way to contact eBay at the moment
I take it that the address you were shown to confirm where the item was to be sent to before purchasing was showing as your updated address?
Is the address still correct in your eBay/ PayPal details now?
(just asking as it would be good to be sure of these before contacting Live Chat so you don't get 'disconnected' for asking too many questions etc
