Two days past eBay's 'guess' when it will arrive is far from being an issue

Unless of course the seller you bought from has horrid feedback

You have 30 days past eBay's last guess to open a case if you do not get it

You can open a case, but I would first contact the seller. There are huge delays these days, so maybe you should wait a bit longer. What does the tracking say (if there is one)?
