I paid a buyer for an item thru Paypal and didn't receive it and found o ut I had been scammed. How long does it usually take to be refunded

I was scammed on an item when I paid thru Paypal. How long does it usuall take to get a refund of my payment please.

Once you open a dispute and escalate to a claim, if the seller does not provide proof of postage you will be refunded in 10 days after the escalation.

If the refund is not there after the 10 days call paypal and they will do it while on the phone with you.

if you are sure you ahve been scammed  make sure you leave the seller NEG, that is red dot explaining you did not get your item/was not as described so other people will not buy from them.  Just do not mention PP.
