I purchased an Ipad Air 2 on ebay in which the listing clearly says accepts paypal, and in the checkout I payed by paypal, recieving a reciept with the sellers name, account and email.
Afterwards the seller informed me that they do not take paypal and to withdraw the payment.
I am not entirely sure about how to withdraw a payment as the only ways is to go to Resolution Centre which does not have this as an option and ebay's money back guarantee which I have communicated with the seller already and they just say they don't take paypal.
Is this seller scamming me and if so how would I go about getting my money back?
