I placed an order through ebay. Right after completed the payment, the seller send another invoice through paypal request for insurance fee.

I place an order to purchase a laptop throug ebay.  Right after I completed the payment through paypal, the seller sent another invoice through paypal to request the payment of insurance fee.  Shall I pay?  Why did the seller not include the insurance fee in the invoice that showed in my ebay summary when I placed the order?  The payment I paid through paypal included the purchase price of the laptop and postage.  The 2nd invoice came from paypal directly and not shown in my e-bay summary.  The description in that invoce listed "Service"  instead of "insurance fee".
