I refunded a buyer because they opened a not received item but then Australia Post delivered it

So there were no updated results of Aus Post website regarding the item and the buyer opened a DNR case. So I had to refund them but they 3 weeks later Aus Post delivered, and now they are not returning my emails or paying for the item, and haven't sent the item back and it has been 3 weeks since they received it. It is an expensive ring and I am out of pocket. Please any advice would be good.
