I sold an item and the buyer paid for it via paypal, the payment went to the wrong email address, i

paypal keep putting payment in the wron account when I sell something and is comes up as payment made. I don't have the problem when I buy, the tranaction goes straight through. Why?? It is making it very hard for me as buyers are getting annoyed.
