I've been given a paypal transaction for a refund, but it isn't showing on paypal or my credit card?

If you funded the payment with a debit or credit card that is where the refund will go and it can take a week or more to show.

You can find out if the seller really has done the refud by going into your paypal account, find the transaction and see if it is showing as being reversed.  As long as it is showing as beig reversed there is nothing more the seller can do.....you will just have to wait.

Did you purchase the item the refund is showing it is for?

Did you dispute any purchase you are waiting on a refund for?

Is the refund showing in your paypal account as pending?

If it is genuine and the refund is going back to your credit card as that is how you paid then it can take up to 10 days to show.
