I did not request or purchase any goods from ebay, let alone Marketplaces GmbH, and I have no idea what eBay Plus is.  Please reverse this charge immediately, or provide documentation showing I have authorised this payment.

If you click on the ebayplus link at the top of your page you will be able to see if/when you joined.

You won't be able to get a refund, but you can cancel it now (through that link) and you will still be able to use it for the remainder of the year

You or someone on your account must have signed up for eBay plus a year ago.

It renews automatically unless you cancel the subscription.

It is too late now so I suggest you make use of it by making purchases you were going to make and use eBay plus to get savings of at least the cost of the sub. Then cancel it.
