I've received email confirming receipt of $ through PayPal but $0 funds are showing in PayPal. Ebay shows hourglass re 'paid'. What do I do?

First time seller - I've sold an item and have received an email confirming receipt of payment through PayPal but when I look in PayPal $0 funds are showing. Ebay shows hourglass against 'paid or not', stating payment being processed through paypal. Not sure what do now? When do I send the item? How do I get the funds? Thanks so much!!
