eBay doesn't sell anything, even if they did, they don't read here.

You will need to contact the seller.

However they have been charged fees as soon as you buy so the seller is not obligated to cancelling.

If they ar not prepared to cancel of the item has been processed already, you will just need to resell it or gift it.

I do not understand why anyone buys and then just changes their mind. This sort of behaviour will get you into a lot of trouble. Ebay regards a sale as legally binding, and it is a real hassle for Sellers to cancel, who have already been charged fees whether you have paid or not. You may well find you will end up on blocked sellers lists, even by sellers who read here, and then you will not be able to buy anything.
