I want to know why a unpaid item has gone against my name

I want to know why i have an unpaid item aganist my name when it was not my fault. when i went to pay for the item an error message came up and said this my not be a safe site so i did not go any further with it and bought the item from another buyer . I sent 3 emails explaining this and i dont think anybody else woul have bought either if they got the same message i find this not fair and im not happy with this discision :[
