In your purchase list, to the right is pay.

Or in your emails you would have received an email on the purchase, that also has a "pay now" link.

If it is for ebay fees, you can set up automatic payments once a month using a bank card or PayPal.

Select the account tab and there is also a link to make a one time payment.

Go to your Payment History and find the invoice that you want to pay.  Click on Pay Now...just be sure that you are only paying the one invoice and not every item that is waiting to be paid.
