In my PayPal account I have noticed some one has placed a secondary email address "wuyrkamugi@hotmail.com" and set up a recurring payment for eBay seller fees
I have not set up a sellers account in eBay and have never sold an item
Ive deleted the secondary email cancelled the recurring payment agreement and changed my password
Is there any more I should do
