Is it against the eBay policy to request additional funds after bidding has ended?

I am just wondering if it is against eBays policies to request additional funds (money) through Paypal or other payment method after a bidding session or buying process is complete. I have looked through eBays policy pages, but I could not find any mention of it anywhere.

It depends what the request is for. A buyer can ask for extra services re postage, if the seller is willing, and the seller can then request payment for those. But if you mean a seller is asking for more postage as they underestimated the cost, or a seller is asking for more for an item because it didnt reach the price they hoped, then no, that is not allowed.
