Missing payout funds

I have been given notice that $116.87 has been deposited into my account after fees deducted 

I have received $80 this is short and I am not finding any help in relation to this

What does the breakdown show ?

And if the buyer  with a feedback of only 7 paid on time , the feedback you left

"Payment from eBay a problem " isn't very nice,    as it's not the buyer's fault  at  all !
