I purchased some material in September 2017 from ebay. The seller sent material not advertised. When this was raised with the seller, they offered to send the right material. When it didn't come, they offered to provide a refund.
Seller has not provided refund, keeps saying they have, and 6 months later i have no recourse to Ebay, can't leave negative feedback, but can't get the item I purchased either.
can anyone help?
