No contact with buyer after accepting offer

I have accepted a buyers offer to buy some chairs.  The item shows as 'waiting for payment'.  

It has been about a week and I've sent two messages and a payment reminder but had no response from the buyer, what is the next step?

Open an unpaid item case then close it 4 days later if the buyer doesn't make contact to arrange pick up.

BTW, cash on pick up is best, not PayPal.

Once the case is closed, buyer gets a strike, you get your fee credited back and can relist.

Neither party can leave feedback once the case is closed.
