Have paid for an item and money has been taken out of bank account by pay pal. of bank account by pay pal.

Replied to Pay pal and this was the response

Its strange because on my paypal account there is no showing of that transaction.
However on my bank account it shows pay pal deducting for that amount for ebay RANDOUN84
Sounds like I may have been scammed.
