Non Payment

An eBay fee of $24.75 was paid by PayPal on 3rd April, I received an email from eBay on the 6th April to inform me that they have not received the payment and that they have removed my Pay Pal account as my automatic payment method and put my account on hold. There is sufficient funds in my PayPal account to cover the payment.  I spoke to Raj on the Chat Line last night but, unfortunately he could not help me.  I have spoken to PayPal and they have assured me that the amount was paid. I have tried to ring eBay on the phone number supplied, 866 540 3229, but I am being told that this number does not exist. Could somebody please help me sort this mess out.
