I recently sold a few coins and sent with untracked letters, as I stated in the listing, with the buyers having left feedback saying they’ve received their item. The problem is that I’m still yet to get my payout from eBay nearly 2 weeks after. Why is this, what can I do to get my money?
PS: I also required pay now so I know it’s not the buyers fault.

I'd also recommend that if you haven't registered to sell and signed up for managed payments ( which isn't always smooth and straightforward), you end your current listings until it's all been approved.
ESPECIALLY for the $799 item - Be very careful you're not scammed.
