Only payment accepted in Bank Deposit

Hi There and thanking you in advance
I purchased item 251200141446 and paid immediately with Paypal, as it was an option, and I feel safest using this method.

The seller had written only bank deposit accepted, but at the bottom of the listing, PayPal was also stated as an option. The buyer has now refunded my payment and requested I pay in bank deposit. I really am not happy about this - Can I pay in Paypal or must I go by his request? I do want the item I won :)..... Thanks, Susana
