I won and paid the item in USA with Postage charge separately on 6,April 2014. The transaction were cancelled by paypal on 10/4/14 due to fund was not available in my account. However the item now mark"PAID" on ebay. Therefore i can not process payment to seller now. the seller is waiting me pay to her so please help me to delete the mark "PAID" on the item then i can pay the seller. Could you please guide me hoe can i pay to the seller now.
