If you have not yet registered to paypal do that first.
Then you may to verify your account.
Not sure if it is still done the same way but they used to deposit a very small amount into your bank account and when it shows you then sign into you PP account and enter those amounts.
The to pay for item all you do is pick paypal as the payment option and follow the prompts.
If you have a Credit Card or Debit Card attached to your PP account the payment will be instant to the seller, if you only have your bank account attached then the payments go through as an echeque and can take 3 to 7 days to clear to the seller before they will post you item.
