Payment Pending with paypal. Is it ok to ship?

HI,

Its been a few years since I actively sold on ebay and alot has changed!

So I think I understand that as I have a new paypal account, there is a payment holding system.

Buyer has done a paypal transaction, which is showing as pending in paypal.

So I think I ship the goods, add the tracking details, and then what?

Paypal waits for my buyer to say received? leave feedback? or its a set time I have to wait for $$.
