I have had a payment deducted from my bank account but cannot remember ordering anything at that time, I have an order number but nothing comes up in my Purchase History to match. How can I trace this back to find out what it relates to.
Have you agreed to direct debit for anything? Can you match the amount to anything you would pay for?
Does it state it was an eBay related charge/purchase?
Have you contacted your bank to question it?
