So i sold my car through ebay, and i got the guy to pick it up in person. a few week slater i got an email saying my payment of $67 or so was overdue, for what i still dont know but i wasnt able to pay for another week until i got payed because i didnt have enough, so my account was disabled and i went to pay today but it says that i need to link a credit card or debit card to my account but i dont have a credit card or debit card, thats why i have to use paypal
Any Suggestions?
