Paypal only as payment method?

If I sell on ebay do I have the choice to use paypal only as payment method?

If you're going to start selling, you'll need to register to sell  and have  both your personal and bank account details verified by eBay

PayPal has not been an option at all for sellers in well over 6 years 

If you do not want to sign up for Managed Payments, you cannot sell
