This week I sold a number of items. Two payments were made by Paypal (a day apart). On my dashboard under sold, the hour glass icon showed & hovering the cursor over it revealed "payment was initiated on (date) & is being processed." When I went to my Paypal account, there was no record of the payments at all. The buyers are unsure how to get around this problem, as am I. The following sales that were made, were all paid using Paypal & went through smoothly.
Any ideas?
