Paypal problems

1. Is there an e-mail address to contact Paypal Australia and where a person responds to correspondence?

    Ebay Australia don not care at all about Paypal problems at all after Paypal monopoly has been created

    For correspondence I use e-mail only, and do not use a telephone.

    Do  any responses from Ebay Australia come from a robot or real people?

Without using a telephne you will have a hard job sorting out both ebay and paypal problems.

Neither company has a good record of responding to emails.....ebay emails are responded to automatically and rarely answer your specific problems.  No idea about paypal as I have only ever phoned them.

I would suggest you put your problem to the helpful members on the boards if you are unable to phone paypal or ebay....they can often tell you how to go about solving your problem.
