Is it fair that paypal seems to always side with the buyer? I've recently had problems with 2 buyers making false claims, 1 especially. 40 days after they bought a coffee machine from me, admitted to putting it in the dishwasher and using it for 40 days have suddenly said 'lights are flashing' why should this be my problem? It was in perfect condition! And if that's not enough have left me bad negative feedback. Why can't sellers have more of a say and leave negative feedback for the buyer, as they could once upon a time??? :(((((
