I am having trouble paying through paypal I have cancel 2 purchases already is there problem

To add to my message above (that I cannot edit any more) - people are reporting this problem on the US board too, and even in the PayPal community. No solution or explanation has been offered so far though.

If it is really the end of PP on eBay, they could at least have sent us a message, as I doubt everybody knows that the agreement between PP and eBay was supposed to finish in July.

I bought an item with Paypal 2 days ago without any problems.

Paypal was suppose to end for buyers in July, as has been widely advised/posted about

Several people have posted they can't use it to pay in the last few days, so could well be the end, about six weeks late

I haven't bought anything recently, but other people had problems in the last few days.

PayPal on eBay was supposed to stop in July 2023. 

It is still there, but maybe they are doing something behind the scenes and it will soon disappear altogether.
