I used a Woolworths Prepaid card to try and pay for 2 items. The card had an available balance of $60.00
The first eBay purchase was $54.95 . Transaction was successful. I checked the available balance which was $5.05 so I tried to pay for a $4.99 item through Paypal (MasterCard, no paypal account) however, a message read "Sorry, we couldn't complete your purchase using the card you selected. Please enter a new card."
What is the issue here?
