An ebay seller is making charges against my credit card account. How do you trace order numbers

I have had charges placed on my credit card and I have not used my account for 3 months. I have an order number but I cannot find a contact number to obtain the details of the order or how this has happened. The exact same issue happened before with Pay Pal.  The automated chat does not understand the issue and is of no use.

The Bank can only give me the E Bay order number

When you've paid for previous purchases with your card, the seller has no knowlege of your card number.

Do you have the card stored in your  eBay payment information  ?

If yes, does anyone else have access to your eBay account ?

If yes, I suggest you delete it  from your payment information immediately.

If you go to your Purchase History page, and make sure the  See Orders drop down box option is set to the correct timespan,  you can also search by order number

And if you want to contact eBay Help, when you get to the automated assistant, ask to speak to a supervisor
