I know that eBay will hold funds on new accounts, which is what has happened to me. I have read that once the delivery is made that the funds will be released, however eBay's internal tracking system has not updated even though my item has been delivered. Australia Post says that the package arrived last Friday and it is now the following Tuesday. I am extremely frustrated.
