Ebay closed my case in error, but no one will acknowledge incorrect information in emails from ebay.

What do I do to resolve? I am in a do loop where I call in explain the incorrect information to the rep, they say I will get a call or an email in 24-48 hours, but I do not get a response. 

 

If I ask to speak to a supervisor, they say the supervisor denied my request because my case is closed.
