I had troubles in paying an item from my PalPay account

As a payment from my PayPal account was stopped, I now faced with a problem of paying for an item; namely Item: 154393670936. As I still need to pay for this item as it has been sent and I have it in my procession, I need to send a payment off to them. I was requested to send it through the Ebay account, but in no systems you have in this web site will allow a payment to be sent. this has caused some grief  as I need to send the payment off to them. I've already deleted the pending payment from my PayPal account and now I need to send the payment to flyingchick2011, as they had the same problems with PayPal. Can you please help me.

As papermoon said, it is unusual that a seller would send an item without cleared payment.

If this is the case, however, just ask the seller to send you an invoice through Paypal, then pay against that.

eBay can't facilitate that, as the transaction would be marked as complete by them.

How can the seller send an invoice through Paypal without knowing the buyer's email address?

By the buyer asking them to, whilst providing a relevant email address. eBay won't give a rats, as it's a completed transaction, so no foul
